Protein Colada

'IF YOU LIKE PINA COLADAAAAAAS, AND GETTING CAUGHT IN THE RAAAIINN' you guys remember that song? I think the first time I heard it was in that Cameron Diaz film, The Sweetest Thing, and literally that's the only line I remember. I have to sing it every time I order a Pina Colada, it's kind of an OCD ritual now hahaha. ANYWAY, my point here is, let's make a Pina Colada, but like a nutritious one that's kosher to drink before 11am. Decency and what not.

You will need:

  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh Pineapple
  • 1/3 cup fresh Pineapple juice (from the bottom of the jar the cut chunks were sitting in)
  • 1 scoop Soy Protein
  • 1 tblspn Coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/3 cup Water

Blend em up good and decorate as your heart desires. I went Chia Seeds, Raw Pumpkin Seeds and freeze dried Mango chunks because summer is fruity in this house! Enjoy!
